Good Practice Training was established in 2003 by experienced training consultants from varied backgrounds who believed that training should be a positive experience and make a real difference.
We have developed a blend of design and delivery methods aimed at engaging and enthusing participants, Furthermore, we reinforce theory with practical real-world workplace scenarios to maximise the attendees’ learning experiences.

Our Trainers
The most important aspect of any training course is the trainer. Our experienced trainers are enthusiastic and provide an environment where the participants can work effectively together. All of our trainers have gained considerable experience working with varied organisations in training delivery and course development. They are therefore able to draw on their expertise and provide specific solutions to maximise outcomes.
Our methodology
Pre-course – Businesses have different requirements. So we effectively communicate with you to clarify and fully understand your specific objectives, this enables us to offer advice and agree on the ‘best-fit’ for your business on all aspects of your training needs.
Training delivery – We have developed a blend of design and delivery methods aimed at engaging and enthusing participants, Furthermore, we reinforce theory with practical real-world workplace scenarios to maximise participants’ learning experiences. We provide individual objective-based action plans for each participant to enable them to focus on their objectives.
Post-course service – Our trainers provide detailed feedback within seven days of course completion. Depending on the course, our trainers will agree to follow-up and measure the mid, and long-term outcomes of the training provided, providing further support where necessary.
