Terms and conditions for in-house training courses
Booking an in-house course. Booking an in-house course can be confirmed by telephone, or by email using the booking form on our website. We provide detailed confirmation and always ensure that all our clients have spoken to the trainer(s) who will be delivering the course to ensure any requirements you have are fully understood.
Cancellation of courses. If the event that you need to cancel a course it must be confirmed by email with a minimum notice period of 21 days, upon where no fee is payable. A Charge of 30% of the agreed fee is payable for any period below 21 days. In the unlikely event that Good Practice Training is unable to deliver any training course on the agreed date, we will reschedule at a time suitable for you, and apply a 30% reduction in our agreed fee.
Clients materials. A course or programme that is specifically written for a client, and where a written agreement between the client and Good Practice Training has been agreed remains the property of the client, and therefore copyright is established.
Governing law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Invoicing. We will invoice within seven working days and ask our clients to settle any invoices within thirty days.
